Three short steps to a fully functioning operating system!

From beginning to end, the operators are involved in the development of the system. After all, they will be the ones working with it. To emphasize the importance of this, the operators are encouraged to participate at all stages in the process. It begins with a number of workshops in which the initial concept is developed. Subsequently, the screen is built and configured by specialists from Q-Performance, according to the Scrum development method. This ensures the development proceeds quickly and in small steps. The operators participate fully during this phase and their contribution is encouraged and appreciated. This methodology increases their sense of ownership.

Q-Performance dashboards

The QP-Monitor combines information from different data sources when calculating the performance of the machine (e.g. by an OEE percentage). The monitor takes into account the relevant standards that apply to the different product types. The result: an extremely objective measurement of capacity utilization and a detailed stoppage-cause analysis. The dashboard provides operators with an insight into how their actions impact efficiency and allows a detailed comparison to be made with results from other shifts. The dashboard also helps management and support departments to identify potential bottlenecks in the process.
